3D BIM objects, Autodesk Revit format

The 3D BIM objects contain specific information about Airmaster ventilation units that will be useful in the planning process.

These are intelligent models where, with just one click, you can draw ventilation ducts from the unit in the correct size and with the correct classification of the connections so that a distinction is made between supply air and exhaust air.

Connection points for electrical connection are indicated on the objects, which, together with the model’s information on power consumption, help with the planning of the installation.

If a water heating element is required, you can view the connection options with just one click and draw the pipe connections to the heating system. The objects are also prepared with connections to condensate drains.

BIM-objects

More specifically, the 3D BIM objects for Airmaster ventilation units contain the following information:

Intake and exhaust

  • Connection sockets in correct dimension (e.g. Ø125 mm, Ø200 mm) and position on the unit.
These are also indicated showing the flow direction and classified as “Supply air”/“Exhaust air”.

Condensation

  • Connection point(s) in correct dimension and position on the unit.
    These are classified as “Sanitary”.

Water heating element

  • Connection points in correct dimension and position on the unit.
These are also indicated showing the flow direction and classified as “Hydronic Supply”/“Hydronic Return”.

Electrical connection

  • Connection point(s) in correct position on the unit.

Information

  • Model name (e.g. AMC150H).
  • Manufacturer and link to website.
  • Nominal airflows with ePM10 75% filters and 30 dB(A) and 35 dB(A) settings respectively.

The weight of the unit

  • Information about electrical connection (e.g. 1x230V / N / PE / 50 Hz).
  • Nominal power consumption of ventilation units, cooling module and electric heating elements.
  • Maximum output and power consumption of individual phase connectors.
