Reset hours after service

After performing regular filter change service, the filter change timer must be reset.

It is done in slightly different ways, depending on which tool you use for operation.

Viva panel: Reset after filter service

To reset after filter service:

  1. hold the "holiday-mode button" and the "function button" simultaneously for 10 seconds.
  2. a yellow warning triangle followed by a red alarm triangle flashes briefly

  3. then the system starts in automatic operation.

  4. Filter change timer/warning/alarm is now reset.


It is the same procedure regardless of whether the system was running when the filter was changed, or whether it had stopped due to an alarm.

Orbit panel: Reset after filter service

To reset after filter service:

  1. Press the “function button”
  2. Scroll down to "Settings" and tap this
  3. Scroll down to "Reset service" and press this
  4. Enter code with up/down arrow (default code is 9732)
  5. click the check mark
  6. Filter change/warning/alarm is reset when the text "Reset successful" appears


Resetting the filter service on systems without a control panel

Ventilation systems without a control panel can be reset after filter service from one of these programs:

  • Airlinq Online
  • Airlinq User Tool
  • Airlinq Service Tool
