Service and maintenance

Extend the service life of the unit.

You can help extend the service life of your Airmaster unit.

One way to do this is to make sure you change the filter in the unit - and to use original Airmaster filters.

This also ensures that energy consumption remains minimal throughout the service life of the unit.

When should a filter be changed?

When should a filter be changed?

The time for a filter change depends on many different factors, but as a rule you can assume the following:

• Units with an annual operating time of less than 3000 hours have a maximum operating time of 14 months before filter change.

• Units with an annual operating time of 3000 - 5000 hours have a maximum operating time of 12 months before filter change.

• Units with an annual operating time of more than 5000 hours have a maximum operating time of 6 months before filter change.

In addition, the interval for inspections of air handling units must not exceed one year in line with the Danish Building Regulations.

How to change filters in Airmaster air handing units

To ensure low operating and service costs of an Airmaster air handling unit, we use, as standard, filters with a very large surface area in relation to the air flow for which the units are dimensioned.

We recommend that you always use original Airmaster filters. Changing the filter in an Airmaster system is quick and easy.
